Multi-Acid clarity and tone refinement peel

The Modified Jessner Peel is indicated for skin presenting with uneven pigmentation, congestion, excess oil, dullness, and early signs of photoaging, where factors such as dead cell accumulation, slowed epidermal turnover, and follicular obstruction contribute to visible skin irregularities. Formulated with a synergistic combination of alpha- and beta-hydroxy acids, this peel accelerates epidermal renewal and loosens corneocyte cohesion, enabling controlled exfoliation while supporting improved pore clarity, smoother texture, and a more even-looking complexion.

The multi-acid system assists in regulating surface oil, promoting removal of accumulated keratin debris, and supporting gradual improvement of superficial pigmentation irregularities. Indications:

  • Hyperpigmentation: Helps fade dark spots, melasma, and uneven pigmentation for a more even-looking skin tone.
  • Acne & Congestion: Supports pore clearance, reduces breakouts, and improves overall skin clarity.
  • Oily Skin: Assists in regulating excess sebum, helping to reduce shine and congestion.
  • Photoaging: Improves the appearance of fine lines, sun damage, and uneven skin texture.
  • Dull & Uneven Texture: Promotes exfoliation to smooth rough skin and restore radiance.
  • Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation: Assists in improving residual discoloration following inflammation or breakouts, supporting a more uniform complexion.

1. Cleanse

  • Cleanse the skin with Pore Control Cleanser.

2. Prep

  • Use the Pre-peel solution to remove excess oil from the skin.

3. Treat

  • For increased melanogenesis inhibition, collagen stimulation, and hydration, apply 1-2 pumps Collagen – or Retinol serum. Gently spread over the treatment area.

4. Boost (optional)

  • Apply DermNourish, DermRepair, or Enriched, followed by Dermdefence SPF.

5. Protect

  • Cleanse with any DermExcel Cleanser.
  • Apply your evening serum.
  • Then apply DermExcel Moisturizer if required.
  • Exclude Chemical Exfoliator from your regimen for one week.
  • Resume all active ingredients after post-peel irritation subsides.

6. Post Peel Instructions

  • Keep the skin well moisturised and avoid unnecessary touching or manipulation.
  • Do not pick or peel flaking skin.
  • Use a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher daily and limit sun exposure.
  • Avoid exfoliating acids or active resurfacing products for 10–14 days post-procedure.
