Professional Protocol

Indications: Photoaging, Melasma, Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation, Uneven Skin Tone, Dark Spots.

Key Active Ingredients: Tranexamic Acid, Human Stem Cell Extracts, Hyaluronic Acid

Protocol: 1. 30 minutes before procedure, pretreat skin with LC Numbing Cream or other numbing treatment. This is optional, however numbing cream enhances the comfort of the patient. 2. Cleanse skin thoroughly and disinfect skin with Chlorhexidine or similar antiseptic/ disinfectant. 3. Extract LC TX serum with a syringe, then discard needle. Amount of serum needed depends on desired treatment area. 4. Apply LC TX according to desired technique: a. Microneedling: Apply LC TX according to desired microneedling technique, and use desired device according to device manufacturer’s instructions. b. Derma Roller: Apply LC TX to the treatment area and use derma roller according to device manufacturer’s instructions. Reapply LC TX to skin after each pass with derma roller. c. Electroporation: Apply LC TX to the treatment area and use electroporation device according to device manufacturer’s instructions. Reapply LC TX to skin after each pass. 5. After treatment is complete, cleanse treated area with wet gauze. 6. Apply appropriate home care product from LC Cell.

Recommended Sessions: 4-6 sessions every 2 weeks, with maintenance sessions every 3-4 months thereafter.

Post-procedure Care Instructions: Beyond the in-office procedure, patients should be provided with optimal at-home regimens formulated by LC Cell. For pigmentation concerns, patients are advised to use the following products at home starting the evening after treatment:

LC Balance Apply LC Balance to freshly cleansed skin at night. Massage in until completely absorbed. Use daily for best results. Apply a sun protection product when using LC Balance.
