I received this product only a couple of weeks ago and tested them out on myself and my wife and I will tell you this product is a game changer.   The ZZZ Extra Strength gummies  taste great and are very palatable and last all night.

They have enabled both my wife and I to endure uninterrupted sleep now for at least the last 10 days.  We are now waking up on a regular schedule like around 6 or 7am compared to our earlier sleep habits which made us sometimes wake up between 4 and 5am with intermittent sleep because our brains are always over active.

Love the fact that there is no lingering drowsiness with this product or addiction contraindications either.

Dosage Instructions:

Nights 1-3: ½ – 1 Chewable Cube (unit) taken 15 – 30 minutes before
bedtime; treat as a lozenge absorbing under and around tongue for
30 seconds before chewing. Use as frequently as desired.
If not tolerated or next-day drowsiness is observed, cut the dose by
